First: Delivery within Port Sudan
To order a product within Port Sudan, confirm your purchase through our website www.bdr-tech.com or contact customer service at +2499200011490 for assistance.
We will send the product to you through a delivery representative within the state. You will be contacted within 1 to 24 hours from the time of order confirmation. Payment must be made via the Bank of Khartoum app either before or upon receiving the order.
Second: Shipping to Other States
- After confirming the purchase through the website or customer service, we will send the product to the shipping company. The shipping company or the store will contact you to confirm the delivery time and location. A representative will be sent to the shipping office within 24 hours of receiving the payment notification. (Payment must be made before delivery)
- The total order amount + shipping fees must be paid via the store’s official account on the Bank of Khartoum app (the account number will be provided during the order process). The payment notification must then be uploaded to the designated section on the website or sent via WhatsApp to customer service.
- After payment and submission of the notification, an official purchase invoice (PDF format) will be sent to the customer via WhatsApp or email.
- The estimated delivery time to the designated state ranges between 2 to 5 days from the date the product is handed over to the shipping office. In case of delays, the customer will be notified with an updated shipping schedule and the reason for the delay.
